Challenging myself to stay off Netflix today and actually do other things. Haven’t figured out what the “things” are yet 😂. Yay to those on their status changes & scheduled interviews!!

I used to binge so much on Netflix until I enrolled for an advancement course in my career line. You could do that while you wait.

If you look at the progress of other people’s case you will go crazy. Lol I think you’re just paranoid, I had my bio since April 18 and haven’t received any update on my profile, the lady that did my bio for me told me I should expect my EAD in two weeks, I’m not relying on that, I’m just here waiting for when it arrives.

i no longer worry since it took them 22 days to send me a receipt notice after I filed. Don’t panic just wait for your turn.

Interesting. When I did my biometrics on Good Friday the man said I should have my EAD/AP in the next month. I wasn’t sure if he was giving me an accurate guideline or not, so to hear you’ve heard something similar is hopeful!

It depends. Ead/AP is now taking 4.5 months to 7.5 months to process. Some people expedite their ead but won't disclose it and makes it seems they got ead approved with 60 to 90 days. There are still some people from October, November and December waiting to get ead approved.

But I also know that some people can get early approvals without expedition.

Just hope that your local office gets to schedule your green card interview fast after case is ready to be schedule for interview.

Good luck.

Ahh! Good luck! The NY Bar exam is tough!  I didn't study law in the UK but I graduated in history & politics. I'm looking forward to going into law but I have a while off until I'm a lawyer.

Thank you. I know right It’s not an easy one. A friend of mine just passed the NY bar yesterday on a second attempt. She was so excited.

Good thing you’re going to Law school here.

Based on what you make this statement? The VJ projected date for EAD keeps moving closer, it went by over 20 days for me since our AoS was submitted, I doubt all of those were from secretly expedited cases. And, yes I am aware that is not very reliable.

I know and understand that. But I would not rely much on VJ timeline. All the same best of luck to us all.

I was wondering what documents do you need to prove to get expedite on the EAD? I know the job offer is one of them but what else? We don't have anything to ask for expedite but I read the threads back to last April and there are still many people who are waiting for the interview and in this March thread way too many people are getting their appointment and they keep saying that the didn't file for an expedite (which I don't believe, but it's just my opinion). And I was curious what are the requirements for the expedite?
