Seriously! We have a friend who has been waiting for an interview date for close to 350 days now. She was so confused when we told her about our interview date.

Don’t you think it has to do with the F1 visa? Like maybe you’ve already been here so it’s faster somehow?

The friend is actually F-1 as well, so I'm not sure. *Shrugs*

Got my monthly “still reviewing your case” email that I’ve gotten every month for almost a year now lol. We’ve been married now two months and he’s lived here three months. Our case has been approved over six months. Do you think I’ll get these emails forever? 😂😂😂

My employment authorization (I-765) was just updated an hour ago to 'fingerprints recieved' but my AP is still at 'case received' whilst my green card application is 'interview scheduled.' Is this normal?

Mine is the same too. My EAD changed to fingerprints received a week after my Bios.

AP doesn't require fingerprints. If your interview already scheduled, I wouldn't be surprised you get your green card before they finish processing EAD/AP combo card, so you would never get it.

Glad to know I am not the only one. You CAN remove those notification on "new" site I believe by removing your old 129F case. I am not doing that, feels wrong. Yes, it still shows case received. I would be happy to see some.. any updates on the AoS cases though.

Anyone know how long it typically takes for fingerprints to be reviewed? I filed i-130,i-485,i-765 March 28, originally had a biometrics date of April 23 but walked in on April 19 at the Seattle ASC. It seems most people's review is done the next business day, I'm just wondering at what point I should start worrying, or if it might just never get updated. Today a bunch of cases on the case tracker around mine went to fingerprints verified. I have had an issue at the border before when a friend of a friend left something they shouldn't have in the back of my car before I crossed the border 🤬 but I wasn't detained or arrested or anything and was let in the next day no problem. But, they did fingerprint me. I disclosed that on my i-485 form so I'm hoping it's not an issue. I also had a burn on my right index finger from a metal clip I picked up off a hot stove. When they took my prints I could see the outline of the clip clear as day on my finger 🤦‍♂️ Hoping that didn't make the print unusable. Any thoughts? Am I just paranoid?

I'm not sure.  I do know that many, if not most, states only activate new K-1 driver's licenses until expiration of the I-94.  Legal presence evidence is usually defined as having a valid Green Card, valid EAD, Asylum documents, etc........

Kentucky issues a 4-year driver license, specially to K1 holders, even if the i-94 is expired. However, in that case they will want a receipt (NOA1) of permanent residence instead.

In sure you are fine. Mine took a week to update after I had mine done. Don’t worry about others or you’ll go crazy lol

If you look at the progress of other people’s case you will go crazy. Lol I think you’re just paranoid, I had my bio since April 18 and haven’t received any update on my profile, the lady that did my bio for me told me I should expect my EAD in two weeks, I’m not relying on that, I’m just here waiting for when it arrives.

i no longer worry since it took them 22 days to send me a receipt notice after I filed. Don’t panic just wait for your turn.
