Our status just updated to 'interview scheduled' which confirms that going in early for biometrics does in fact speed up the process (our biometrics date was scheduled for 4/26 and we were misinformed by the rep at the uscis office who said doing biometrics early wouldn't speed up the process).

That’s what I’ve been reading, too that doing biometrics earlier than scheduled doesn’t change anything. I’ll see how it goes for me since I did my biometrics last Friday (April 19) and my original schedule is today. I heard that Spokane is quick tho.

Thank you! Expedite was under Severe Financial Loss.

What type documents did you provide to them? What was the process you went through? I had called them and they put in a request for expedite but it’s been almost 2 weeks and we haven’t heard back anything =\ even though I know all this stuff takes forever .. they just said they’re working on the case and we should wait for an answer. Anything you can tell me would be helpful! Thank you so much!

Why do you need to do a medical? Surely your medical was accepted for your interview to be scheduled?

Urgh, I've just called BMV for my driving license. They said I have to wait for my green card to take the test. I hate relying on my husband to take me places! I feel stuck at home lol
