Oh damn, I did not submit his 2018 tax transcript... was that what got you? He just filed so they didn't have one yet. I submitted his W-2 and 1044 among whatever form TurboTax gave us.

I'm in the same predicament as you.. a lot of people are getting RFE'S for the 2018 tax transcript but fingers crossed I haven't got one yet! My husband hasn't got his 2018 yet either.. lets hope we both don't get RFE'S!

Like it's just more stress on us than we already have, you know... I am just going to relax (-as much as I can) haha. Let's hope for the best!

That’s sufficient. My friend submitted the two documents you submitted and she didn’t have any issues. She had her interview at Maryland yesterday and they approved her immediate. Hers was super fast. She filed AOS 29th of Jan

I didn’t submit the 2018 tax return either and had no RFIE!

Here’s what I sent along with I-864:

2017 tax return + W2 + 1099 + most recent paystubs + employment letter

2016 tax return

2015 tax return

And also 2018 W2 and 1099, but no tax return as my husband hasn’t filed his yet (I thought I’d just throw them in for extra info)

All I submitted was 2017 tax transcript as my partner makes sufficient income. I hope it’s enough!

I've kept my surname and haven't took his name but I'll take the certificate just incase! Thanks!

My husband had biometrics yesterday in Philadelphia. We went in five minutes before appointment time. Security guard gave him a piece of paper to fill out (which honestly I think they did nothing with because they just put everyone’s filled out paper in a giant pile) then he got on a short line, had letter stamped, then went to wait five minutes to have fingerprints and photo taken. We were out fifteen minutes later. His appointment was 9am. We got there at 8:55am and people with 11am appointments were already there. Super quick and easy. Now wait!

Hi fellow Grand Rapidian!! I hear Detroit is a pretty good office for I-485, but unfortunately don't have any other details. Congrats, I'm happy your case is progressing so quickly!

I have a question: At what point should we expect to hear that form I-693 is required?

Our lawyer told us that they require the I-693 to be sent in with the initial application (that's what we did).

I am not sure is different for K-1 visas vs CR-1. My understanding since Medical was completed less than year before we applied for AoS, full medical is not required, but I have my doubts about our DS-3025.

Yes , so your process never stops for i693 and i693 is valid for 2 years now instead of 1 year , if am not wrong
