Oh boy... I have a friend and she filed at the end of December last year. She didn't even get a biometrics appointment yet.

I have no idea how they do things there...

This is frustrating. My received date was December 31. Well it is as it is.

Good luck to you. I have been waiting to hear a decision on my RFE for almost 58 days now and yet nothing has happy.

Wow.... Then you too are very lucky.

Well I cross my fingers to hear something as well. Submitted my RFE response since February 12. And I am still waiting to hear something.

Good luck to you .. wish the best for you

I should say yes. Since your status has updated to ready to be schedule for interview. That means they have accepted it.

Interesting that you had RFE for 864, I had one too for latest tax return..looks like they worked on our cases today

Oh damn, I did not submit his 2018 tax transcript... was that what got you? He just filed so they didn't have one yet. I submitted his W-2 and 1044 among whatever form TurboTax gave us.

Well am glad it is moving in the right direction. It feels like we all are on the same boat and passing through high waves and everyone will get off the boat when its time

I know it’s frustrating and I wish you best of luck. We waited for almost month to get NOA1, then received RFE & Biometric later on the same week, RFE response was accepted on 25.

Yes I only submitted 2017 transcripts but they wanted latest tax returns. Fortunately we filed early and the transcripts were already posted on the IRS website.

Yes, they won’t work on the cases if there are not satisfied with the RFE response, case is now will be transferred to your local USCIS office.

Yeah, that's what I meant. I don't have that one. But I agree with you, it's done because they updated my case status.

What kind of update did you get?

I think mine is similar to yours, it went from "fee was received" to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview." Keeping my fingers crossed we don't have to wait too long

I would also bring your marriage certificate just in case your passport is still in your maiden name (assuming you have taken your partners name and haven’t changed it as yet).

I've kept my surname and haven't took his name but I'll take the certificate just incase! Thanks!
