I sent my response to RFIE and they gave me an update saying they received my response on 27th of march and that is what my online status says. It is really frustrating to wait ths long to get an update and i am pretty sure Charlotte is not a busy service center either. Hope for the best 😂

I wish I know how they do things there. Miami is a very busy area and 2 of my friends will have their interview at the beginning of May and they both February filers...

That is so quick , I wish the process moves for us that fast 😂

I'm in SoCal and we have a really long waiting time too, but I saw on the January and February filers group two people from SoCal are also having their interview.

And my mind keeps going crazy what the heck is wrong with my Biometrics, why don't they give me at least an update...

Honestly i think it depends on the IO and the time he takes, Charlotte service center says 7- 16.5 months for processing of i485 and it is really not that bad .. Charlotte has always been a quick service center. I guess our files has yet not been forwarded to the service centres it is still in national benefit centre.. the process is gonna move fast once our files are designated a center

My husband's status changed today for I-765 and I-131 to "My Document Was Mailed To Me." His biometrics appointment isn't for another week though, so I'm seriously confused.

I have this for I-131 too!? It was updated 5 days ago so hoping we get whatever it is any day now!

I remember you too. Crazy that I felt so far “behind” everyone who filed in February but now we’re all at the same time again.

Its so so frustrating to have no info. If his AP doesn’t come by end of August he will go and that will be it! He will not miss this wedding. So fingers crossed it doesn’t come to that!!

You'll have to convince him to wait a bit if he has to.

It's too long a process to just abandon like that.

So we got a notification to say document was mailed and it was our missing NOA for the I-131. It has this stamped at the bottom.

ACTION COMPLETED

APPROVED FOR FILING

(initials and date)

Guessing that’s all good lol

Great, do you know how fast is the processing in Charlotte? Have any friends who have got there green cards in Charlotte.. i have no idea about the timelines

I only know one girl that went through Charlotte and that was in 2016. It took her 10 months to get the green card.
But the processing times on the USCIS website went down from 10.5 months to 8.5 months. I just checked.
