Do you know the rules for Ohio? I tried to search them up but I can’t find anything :(

If I remember well, there are 12 States where you are allowed to do the driver's license without SSN. The only thing that you need to prove is that you live in those states.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Vermont, and Washington), the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

This is a bit cryptic. Your I-94 is the document showing the dates of legal presence. They do not explicitly say they will accept it though. In addition, they do want SSN number.

You can always try.

Biometrics done. Arrived 40 mins early but they let me in anyway. Very friendly and quick, in and out within 10 mins. This was in downtown NYC.

Please let us know when you get an update on the tracker about your Biometrics. A few of us had a Biometrics already but we still didn't get update online about that.

We just got California ID card. This is not "Real ID" so "Federal Limits Apply" but the expiration date on this set for 5 years, so it is good all the way to 2024! This is a huge surprise as expected it to expire when I-94 expires or possibly when K-1 expires.

With expiration date all the way in 2024 we now have a perfectly valid State ID, and so in 1.5 months when her I-94 will expire I won't be freaking out about internal CBP checkpoints or the like and until Real ID law goes into full effect she should have no issues traveling internally.

My husband's status changed today for I-765 and I-131 to "My Document Was Mailed To Me." His biometrics appointment isn't for another week though, so I'm seriously confused.

We cannot see screenshot. Did he get EAD already?

Maybe? The case status changed to "My Document Was Mailed To Me" for Form I-765 and Form I-131. Re-attaching the screenshot here.

Well, since it is being mailed for both I-131 and I-765, chances are good it is indeed the combo EAD/AP card and not RFE. Wow, that is like 3 months ahead of projected VJ timeline! Fingers crossed for you!

I have that California driver's license too. I always carry a copy of my NOA letter just in case.

Argh... I have no updates at all about anything. I mean, I didn't have RFE (yet) but I got a courtesy letter because I didn't file the medical form. I'll bring it to the interview but there is no update about that they sent a letter to me.

I sent my response to RFIE and they gave me an update saying they received my response on 27th of march and that is what my online status says. It is really frustrating to wait ths long to get an update and i am pretty sure Charlotte is not a busy service center either. Hoping for the best 😂
