Relative to most people here. Mine is a small package. All I sent in for my I130 is just void check with our name, joint 2018 tax, me as dependent on his health, phone bills with both our name, my update ss card with my married name, 1 pg of pictures, and  a 2 letters from his mom and brother.

Our lawyer said that having a joint bank account, taxes and health is a much better proof than photos and pics. He said we can bring those during interview.

We sent EXACTLY what was requested so the pack was fairly small! No pictures, no bills, no texts no call logs. Nothing. Just the forms and supporting documents as per the instructions. One year of tax returns and transcripts. Sending three years was optional if I remember correctly.

We actually sent a lot of that supporting evidence stuff with the K1 application, even though even though it was not necessary. We will see if us not including it for the AOS/EAD/AP has any effect on the outcome.

Another thing - we never received any text updates. None.

The money was taken from my account and the three NOA2 notices arrived within 3 days. So if you’re waiting for the SMS texts, don’t panic! They may never arrived. Just watch your mailbox.

We now now wait for the biometrics date.

It's been a week since my biometrics and still no update on uscis website. It's frustrating that they may not even update it there. How are we supposed to know it was processed ok?  I wouldn't have any thoughts about it if the guy at the biometrics didn't tell me to keep the stamped appointment letter as an ONLY physical proof of me being there if there was any problem with the electronic processing lol

I had my biometrics earlier this week and still no updates for me too.

Funny, the guy at the office told me that to keep the stamped appointment letter just in case as well.

I keep thinking about that maybe something is not good like you do.

So frustrating.

I'm sure that's something they all have to say to everyone. Just makes me think "am I not getting a notification because it wasn't processed ok or did they just forget to update it" :D

Their update system sure as heck leaves a LOT to be desired. As many thing government. But hey, I got SMS notification "helpfully" telling me my 129F is still being processed, and was last touched on Dec 26, 2018. Spoiler Alert: My 129F was approved, K-1 issued and used, and now we are starting AOS process the notification for which I am eagerly awaiting.  129F status still reads "received" on all websites though.

It finally happened! I got the txts a little after midnight for AOS, AP and EAD and the $1225 came out today. It seems like several people who had their packets delivered around the 11th had really long waits.
When I looked up the tracking numbers I noticed something I think is a little weird though.
For AP and EAD it says they were received on March 11th but for the AOS it says it was received on March 29th? Is this normal? I thought they would be around the same time. Was AP and EAD really processed on March 11th or were they in limbo until the I-485 was processed?

We are guessing it was the weather that slowed things down.

So the funds were taken out of my account yesterday by USCIS, but no notifications of any kind. Stayed up late hoping to see 10 PM messages as was suggested, but no such luck. Between still not having SSN and this frustration mounts. I know that funds being taken is a good sign and in a great scheme of things not having those notification probably doesn't really slow anything down, but still it is frustrating.

They took the money from our account one wednesday and saturday morning received the text messages!!! Fingers crossed for u dear!
