AP and EAD dates on here just got pushed forward by two weeks (August 12th now). Anyone know why?

Dates here were estimates based on when users here reported they received their EAD. I suppose if this month more people on average gets their EAD slightly early then our projections will reflect that as well. Although this is a more case by case basic since users here is just a small population of everyone that submitted their EAD applications.

Not sure if I'm answering the question but you get an appointment letter in the mail. No other notifications or changes in myUSCIS account.

One you have your biometrics appointment letter, I suppose you can go on the date or try your luck and go in earlier hoping they'll take your fingerprint. There's a thread in Visajourney about people going in for biometrics earlier with mixed results.

My applications were received on 22nd March and my NOA1 for the three forms were issued on the 27th. This weekend I received the three letters on the mail. Waiting for the biometrics letter now... Can't wait to start job hunting, but I guess is going to be a long Spring and Summer before that.

Until then I'm trying to be busy with gym, housekeeping and I applied to volunteer at the local animal shelter. I also applied for a graduate program, lets see how that works out.

How do you guys keep yourself busy? Any recommendation?
