Yes , you can get a state ID in DMV. If the person is on immigrant visa just take a copy of the i-94 and you will only get one if visa is still valid and make sure you tell them why do you need it. They will issue a state id

I got my biometrics done today , just had one guy ahead of me. It literally took 15 mins for me. I went in at 1.30 came out at 1.45.. will take your picture and take all of your finger prints to run a background check on you

Hi guys. I just have questions for the vaccine record copy that was given from my medical. One of my vaccine varicella was marked B and means that insufficient time interval to complete series. Is that means I need to have it and present a copy that I have it when I apply for adjustment of status?

 

. My vaccination documentation was marked K visa applicant voluntarily completed requirements. It's just the varicella vaccine that I'm confused.

When our Visa and I 94 expired, could we still get it after getting EAD? Appreciate for your answer.
