I am applying  for a green card so??? I don't know of I showed just file again sins I see people getting texst that filed way after me :(

Hi. This happened to me. My package was recieved 03/06/19 and didn’t hear anything from them until 03/26/19 (20 days after). I had called them like 3 times. I think the last call I made triggered them responding. The official that answered the last time helped send a Query to the lockbox and gave me a confirmation number for reference. That night I recieved 6 text messages with receipt notice/number, so I can track my case online now. So I think you should keep calling until the right official respond.

I tried to check two USCIS Case Online Status Check, one says they will mail a notice, but I have not received any mail.

The other website myuscis says, just chill:

Has anyone within this timeline received a mailed notice yet?

Ours was accepted on the 18th and we received the notice in the mail last Friday so hopefully you’ll get yours any day now.

Good luck! Please update how things go there. The limbo of AOS is troublesome since during this time person is legally allowed to be in US but they have no proof to that effect. I double checked CA site, and if there is less than 60 days left on "DHS supplied identity document" they will accept and process application, but will not mail out the card.

Just came back from the DMV and we were able to successfully get his state ID. Unfortunately it's set to expire as soon as his I-94 does (in April) but it at least gives us something to show his new legal name.

I'm guessing that means we have to wait for EAD before we can renew the ID but at least it gives him enough time to learn driving.

We went to the SSN office about a week after POE and luckily got a worker who was knowledgeable and knew that K1 Visa holders were eligible for an SSN. It took about 5 weeks for it to come in, but it's been handy to have.
