I've just talked to them as well and I got the same response.
She said it is completely normal that they are taking that long * cough cough*
I might call tomorrow again and ask to speak to a supervisor.

My husband thinks we should just send it to them again. Worst case we can stop one check, so the application becomes invalid anyways. But I don't know.

I did not send a cheque but used the CC payment form as we did for the K1 so there is no stopping that. The officer I spoke to also advised me to NOT Send it again. So I think I will just call every couple of days until somebody can shed some light on it.

No, I assumed it was because he thought the original one was just in their 'system' somewhere. I got the impression they had a bit of a back log.

Did you sent it via USPS or others? Seems like USPS gets sent to a PO box while the rest goes directly to the building. I wonder if that factors into the delay some people experience. Having it picked up at a PO box vs sending it straight to the center.

No, as long as your DS-3205 is complete according to the instructions below then it should serve as a waiver for the I-693:

If the beneficiary's vaccinations were COMPLETED as part of the visa process, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO INCLUDE FORM I-693 IN THE AOS SUBMISSION. All your medical information is enclosed in the brown envelope which was handed in at the POE. The envelope is then forwarded on to USCIS where it will be consolidated with the I-485 submission, once received. If you received a copy of the Vaccination Documentation Worksheet (Form DS-3025) from your Panel Physician, you may include a copy of that form in your AOS submission in place of Form I- 693

So glad you confirmed this. I couldn’t find a straight answer so I just photocopied the medical paperwork that I had and included it as I knew they would have the original from my pack at POE.

I have almost the same timeline. I'll have my biometrics on the next week and I've just got my Courtesy letter today because I didn't do my Medical exam yet.

Did you get RFE at all? From my stalkings on other threads it seems like courtesy letter is the last thing they sent out before the long wait.

Nope, no RFE so far just the Courtesy letter.

Actually, we sent them a HUGE package. We've been together for a year and a half now, we have a bank account together, lease, utility bills etc. We also sent about 20 photos, wedding invitation, a guest book copy from the wedding and Letter of Supports from friends, plus 6 months paystubs, 3 years of W2-s and 1040s. I know most of the people only bring these to the interview, but I have close friends who did this procedure in the last 2 years and we know their experience so we did the same. So fingers crossed because we are in SoCal.

Definitely fingers crossed. We got married not too long ago (oct) but I'm still in grad school and don't want to do anything so for us, court house marriage.  I did include taxes, bank account, ring receipt, insurance, phone bills, a few pages of fb screen shots, photos, texts, call records. I didn't include much since we're not big social media people and like it simple and basic. But since we have joint names in bank that's tied to his job, insurance, taxes, and phone bills our lawyer said it is enough just just include 2-6 pages of photos etc.
