The form that comes in the mail after your I-129F is accepted. I-797 i think? Also your I-94 showing that you entered the country legally. That is what we took for this and we were fine.

Thank you! I think I have completed my binder -- it's so thick I can't close it lol. I should have everything I need :)

Just finishing annotating and printing the photos :)

For green card interview, what does this mean: All documentation establishing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status.

In practical terms it is your passport with visa stamp and I-94 as well marriage cert. While we brought I-94 with us, the interviewing lady said she already has a copy that we sent with original packet, and doesn't need to see it.

I got my medical for K1 Visa done in November 2018, got married and filed for AOS in June 2019 (NYC Manhattan). Since Manhattan filed office is really slow, the interview will probably be in 2020 or 2021. I had filed a completed DS-3025 with my AOS application, my question is will I need to get another medical done before my interview?

I am curious why you are using a binder vs an accordion file?  I am wondering if I missed that we have to have a binder or is it just a personal preference?

How was it? :)
Did they give you a paper at the end?

I have mine on Thursday in CLT

From what I've seen, usually within a day, if you are not approved on spot.

I posted detailed timeline for us here:

They will not care about binder or the file. You will have to go through airport style security though, so no metal, no hard to take off shoes. They will ask for things to give to them, so your goal is to make it easy for yourself to find them quickly. They will not take your binder of file, just pages from there (they heavily prefer letter sized paper so it is easy for them to file into your literal "A" file. This will be one of the few times when you actually get to see it.

Oh no, I just did it because it worked for me. I used pocket dividers, labeled them, and put papers in each pocket. Same idea really as an accordion folder. I suppose that would have been easier but it didn’t occur to me lol

Thanks!! Well i just really want an update saying the decision because it sucks to wait for the decision after getting done with everything!! Our officer asked us only 4 questions about the relationship and than we were just talking and laughing.. he said he needs to talk to his supervisor and did not give me no form or nothing else
