I have had my I-485 check cleared from my account, but not the other two. I sent in the AP and EAD at the same time. Is this usually the way things work? First, the i485 and eventually the other 2?

When checking the unique receipt numbers, this is what the first line currently reads:

On March 18, 2019, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status...

On March 4, 2019, we received your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number...

On March 4, 2019, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization...

One says "accepted," and the other two "received."

Wait?! So the other two checks I sent would be unused?! Also, I received my noa1s in the mail almost immediately after my last post!

They might be sent back to you or destroyed. I have no idea. Just make sure you get NOA for I131 and I765 so you know they actually accepted the applications and didn't return it with your checks.

USCIS have a handy tool to calculate fees: https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator

I trust the fee is 1225$  for everything if you apply for AOS together with AP and EAD??

Am I right?

Yes. If you're not filing concurrently then yes. Form I485 + biometrics currently cost $1225 (EAD form I765 and AP form I131 fees are waived).

Yeah, but OP is here on K-visa. They don't need to refile I130.

Sooooooo I’m taking my *wife* out to dinner tomorrow! We sent off almost $2200 in checks. It’s quite nice to get a “win,” even if it’s through my own ignorance 😛

AOS packaged sent 3/13

AOS RECEIVED 3/18

CHECK CASHED OUT 3/22

But no notifications or text..Is this normal?

I didn’t receive a text until I emailed the lockbox (I emailed the day after my check was cleared).

Mailed on 2.26, arrived to Chicago 3.1 they accepted it 3.4.

Check started pending 3.16, was finalized 3.18.

Received the text Tuesday (3.19).

Received noa1 in the mail today (3.22).

Hope this helps.

I have already sent my AOS package. I just read now that you still need to fill up I-693 even the DS3025 is still valid. Is that true? I just send them a copy of my DS3025. 🥺
