‭(800) 375-5283‬ press 1-1-2-2 then when they answer say you want to put in a service ticket for being outside processing times and ask to speak to a tier two rep. They always push back. You do the same!

I called USCIS this morning using that system and first got a tier one person. I asked to talk to tier 2. She eventually agreed and transferred me to a call back system. Does this actually work? The estimate wait before a call back was more than 5 hours. Or should I call again and ask for tier 2 again?

The tier 1 person only managed to tell me that I need to wait more. I'm a Feb 28 filer, I submitted my service inquiry on July 31 online. I received an email confirming my SR number and to 'expect a reply' by Aug 22. The woman I talked to just said that wasn't true and that I need to wait 30 days.

Omg five hours!? That’s the most I’ve heard. In theory, yes, it works but so many people say they never got a call back. But I wouldn’t call back now. I don’t think that will help. That seriously sucks for you. I’m so sorry :(

Yeah I know it feels like they're trying to get rid of me 😉 Thanks for your input I'll give them a chance to call back today and call again on Monday

I'm in a pickle right now..
We moved on Aug 9th, I already handed my address change for the i-485 in on Aug 6th.
They then scheduled my interview on Aug 14th.
I called USCIS regarding where they would send it.. they said they haven't updated the address yet and it would go to the old address..( they told me that over the phone AND even sent me an e-mail stating the same again)
I haven't received anything yet. I am wondering if it will even get there (the mailbox says vacant and I let USPS forward my mail to the new place, however, someone said they don't forward government mail)
I was on the line with USCIS today and a lady tried to transfer me to a higher level officer .. the wait is 12 hrs !!!!!!

Any ideas what I could do additionally?

The processing times for EAD/AP got updated, it's 3.5 months to 5.5 months now with the receipt date for March 12, 2019 as of today :(

I'm soooooo frustrated. I was 3 days away from being able to make an enquiry, I've been counting down for a few weeks now since they lowered it initially. Back to the waiting game... 😫

My service request was also sent on July 31st with an expected reply date of August 22nd, but I've also heard nothing, and I'm an October filer.

Hey everyone, USCIS received my response to a rfie 45 days ago and yet no answer. Do they have a limit of days to get back to me?

It's supposed to be up to 60 days. Mine took 35~ days after them receiving the response to go to "ready to schedule for interview", and I'm now at 65 days after the RFE but still haven't heard about my EAD.
