Holy #######. I just woke up past midnight and figured why not...I’ll do my hourly check. Nothing on the EAD or the AP as usual. Check the 485 and the interview was scheduled! Wasn’t expecting that for another 6 months at least! In total shock! I guess no EAD!?! And that means he cannot take the job offer he has as this will still take a few months to be completed, right? But at least there is SOMETHING!!! After almost 200 days at least it’s moving!

Great news!.   Gives hope to the rest of us.

This feels like the inital 129-f processing surprises all over again.

first met late 2016, met 13 more times since. Filed i-129 Apr 14th. NOA2 dated Oct 11th.

My card has been picked up by USCIS and due to be delivered Friday - I have signed up for a job fair next week and bought 2 new interview dresses today haha 😃

I was shopping for the interviews yesterday 😂😂 I already sent out at least 40 applications and actually I’ve got 2 replies 🎉

I feel like I’ll be left alone in this thread 😢😢 come on EAD!!!

You’re not alone! I’m just too busy to type much.

We are waiting on EAD still and not really optimistic about the GC interview happening before 2020 since we are in California and the local offices are swamped. 😥

Get your inquiry in as soon as you can if it comes to it. I did that on Wednesday last week and my EAD/AP is due to arrive on Friday. I’m in NYC so I’ll be with you here still for AOS as it’s swamped here too. Chin up our month is getting worked on ♥️

We completed our interview last july 16 and received verbal approval. Green card can’t be issued due to incorrect date of birth. Still waiting for the 2nd background check to be completed. Last night ead status changed to new card is being produce 😂

Wow bureaucracy produces such ridiculous results 🤣It's easier to laugh about it on the other side, but waiting to hear anything at all was so annoying.

Hope everyone I March get their approval letters soon!
