OMG! Chicago - Interview Scheduled as of August 9th. Waiting on letter in mail! We are 11-30 months here and we filed in mid-march!

Mar 22 : File date

Jun 13  : RFE, requested for another Birth certificate

Jul 9      : Interview ready to be scheduled

Aug 6    : Interview scheduled for Sept 10

You guys getting earlier interviews than the predicted time is giving me hope! My wait time is currently 20.5 - 34 months so fingers crossed!!! Congrats to you all ♥️

My AOS package (I130, I131, I765, I485) NOA1 date is March 14. Biometrics completed on April 2nd.

I did receive an RFE on my I485 for a Birth Certificate shortly after (had a problem with the one submitted). Because of this issue, my file was put on hold until a new B/C was submitted. On June 5th the evidence was received and I was notified they would continue working on my case. 

Will my case still reflect on the March 14th date or June 5th?

I’m in the same boat as you, received an RFE for my B/C in June and my NOA1 is March 19th. Im still unsure if the date changes or not. Some say it does others say no. But USCIS haven’t said anything other than they’ve received my response.  Sorry i don’t have the answer but I’m hoping we stay in the 5 month bracket for EAD/AP. The wait has already been long.

Card was mailed to me USCIS says!!! Ppl u will see me trying to chase the mail man!!! No package is coming to me as per informed delivery says:)

I've heard the date changes/resets when you get an RFIE, but for RFE supposedly it just stops and starts back up again

Trying to be patient as last week when I called they said our case had been assigned and we are March 15th but ugh. Just put in an online inquiry. Probably won’t do anything but don’t have the energy to sit on hold for an hour. Still hoping this week is good news!

Doing an inquiry is useless. I did mine 10 days ago online and I have an update on the egov site that says they didn’t assign mine to anyone. I read at the January and November thread this is keep happening to lots of people 😭
