Sorry for the double post -- we had our AOS, AP, EAD all picked up from the Chicago lockbox March 4th.

We called Tuesday last week, and they said to wait a few more days to see if we get a response. We didn't hear a response.

We called in again today, and they gave us 3 case numbers. I entered those into USCIS tracker. 2 notices saying "we've received your forms" and one saying "we've accepted your fingerprint fee." Still no text, still no NOA, and still no $$$ taken from my bank account. But we have case numbers at least!

Ok so we received the text messages last night. AOS was accepted 3/18 (collected from LockBox March 4th). EAD was received March 4th, and AP was received March 4th. I had $1225 removed from my bank account this morning (for AOS).

Hi,

Anyone here from Massachusetts?

Now that I gave the NOA for green card is there anyway that I can apply for a Driver’s license or Massachusetts state ID?

If you have an SSN, you can go ahead and do that. Otherwise, you'll unfortunately have to wait until your EAD comes through with SSN.

Our package was mailed on the 12th, supposed to arrive on the 15th, and it's still "In Transit, Arriving Late"! And today is our 90-day mark, so I'm anxious that this will be counted as filing outside the 90 days even though we mailed it a week and a half ago. Does anyone know if that's how they count the filing date?

It’s okay to file outside 90 days. I have clarified this in USCIS Live chat officer.

My package was delivered on 3/14 to the Chicago office through UPS, my credit card was charged 3/19 and the case numbers were texted on 3/20. My priority date for I-130, I-131 & I-765 are 3/14 and I-485 says 3/19 finger prints free were accepted.

You should be okay, your marriage certificate is all the proof they need that you got married within 90 days (which is the actual requirement, not that you need to file within 90 days).

That's a relief. What exactly is my wife's status in the meantime? Her I-94 is expired tomorrow and we don't have a NOA1 for the AOS yet.
