No, I did not. I also did not send in a case inquiry.
I did talk to USCIS yesterday and the guy told me to just wait until the end of the week before I should even consider sending in a case inquiry.

Okay that's exciting!!! Congrats to you and that gives us all hope that this is actually moving. But I'm confused why you called for an inquiry if your NOA date is 3/28. Mine is 3/19 (received date of 3/15), so can I call now too?

My received date is March 8th. The notice date is March 28th.
The case inquiry goes by the received date.
So you'll have to wait a bit until you can make an inquiry/ call them about it

Ah , got it. Fingers crossed it will pass our date next week. Today moved to March 9th (which is a saturday -- was not expecting they would have cases dated on a weekend) so hoping tomorrow moves to the 11th and then we are CLOSE!! Any update on your AP? That is the one we are waiting for as he really needs to get home ASAP.

We got an RFE for K1 for something that was in the application, then it seemed our case took the longest possible at every single step of the way. He arrived a year after filing...it felt like it took forever. And now we have no info...no AP, no EAD, no interview for GC. Nothing. Exactly thats is why i am so angry we paid a lot of money, they were so negligent with our paperwork, how is possible that my visa packet got loss, how i was going to an interview based on marriage with K1 and they didn't had any information of k1 visa packet or medical or nothing ....thank God i had my intent of marry and K1 documents with me, randomly because she was basically doing het k1 packet herself! Poor officer with no idea! And then they lost it we already paid for our medical, they are not expired and with an smile hey u will have to do new ones, are u kidding me??? money again for their fault so are we their insurance, they lost stuffs and we pay the price. Dont they have copies of that packet ??? 

 

I already called USCiS and calling CBP and maybe my embassy if i get a copy if my medical she said she can approves us so lets see!!

 

sorry for the rant i am normally very optimistic but almost 7 months bring a lazy non-independent lady is getting in my nerves!!! Nothing about my EAD and Limboooo

 

BTW i know i know immigration is a privilege not a right but anyways so much thing that can be done better!

USICS is weird sometimes.
According to USPS our package got to their PO box on March 10th but USCIS gave us March 8th as the received date.

 

Unfortunately, no. I heard that they usually don't update the AP online. So, I hope I'll just get the combo card.
Fingers crossed that y'all hear something back very soon!

That’s weird. I made an online inquiry Sunday because my received date is March 6 and I’ve got a confirmation email that they’ll update me by August 26. Yesterday I spoke to a very rude Tier2 and she said because my notice date is March 11 she can’t make an inquiry. She didn’t even say anything about the online inquiry that I made a day before...

May i just ask if you have the “new” and “old” USCIS account & do they both have the same received date?

I have both account however, the new website doesn’t show me anything for the 3 cases only “Case was received you don’t need to do anything at this time”. The new website doesn’t show any received date at all.

The old website says for the I-485 the case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since April 8. 

My NOA for the 3 cases is March 6.

Ohh ok i was trying to see if they had put “11th March” as your “submitted date” on the new website. For them to mention that date is random.

 

I say that as my Received date is 03\14 & my NOA is 03/19. However on the old site it says case recieved 03/14 on the new site it says case received 03/19. 🤷‍♀️

i am confused now...new website? my status havent change sinse i filed my aos and ead, after 4months waiting finally after 100 calls someone realised my biometrics app was never send to me. Now i have no idea what and when anything going on. i filed 28th marsh so cabt even make call yet. Does anyone know about how long it takes actually get ead or interwiev after biometrics in cincinnati?

Cincinnati and other field offices from Ohio are pretty fast. I saw a couple of them here on the March thread already had their interview done since May/ June.

Okay so... 180 days since I arrived in the US and I'm still sat here with no idea when I can get back to a normal life.

 

I'm hoping somebody can give me some insight into this before I go insane.

 

2 weeks ago today my AP was approved (only my AP, EAD still says Case Received March 29th) however I still haven't gotten anything in the mail or any further updates? How long is it supposed to take for them to send it out and what exactly should I expect to receive for an approved AP? Some kind of card or? Anyone else had a similar situation? 

 

***Forgot to mention that I did receive an official approval letter 2 days after the online update but it just said the same thing as below***
