Well said! I’d be happy to be where you are now. I don’t even have an EAD yet however I’m out of processing time and they don’t care. My 485 is not assigned yet to an officer yet...

Guys i have to tell you u are awesome, well a lot of you know how difficult was my k1 and i was finally is going smooth!!! Hahhaha nana too good to be true! But finger crossed, if they dont find it new one and send it !!! I mesn anything can happen but a least we are approved!!

Processing times say March 9th now and since I’m March 8th I tried to submit an inquiry online. It didn’t work because it said I’m not out of processing times (even though I am) and then USCIS blocked my IP address because of “unusually high activity”. I didn’t think this process could get any more annoying but apparently it can. Now they’re blocking me for submitting an inquiry. Calling them tomorrow.

Delete your history and try again. I keep getting blocked too lol

Or you can use private( safari), incognito( google), it works for me, I have the same problem all the time last few days

I suspect USCIS implemented something to actively deter apps like CaseTracker (for Android) that have features like scanning 500 or so sequential cases, quickly. People use it to see when case "near" theirs will change. 

Now I don't think it is an option anymore. After 10 or so attempts you get locked out.

I don’t use the apps, only the old site, the new site doesn’t show history, the answering machine says - this case is not in the system, enter the correct number.  The old site is the only thing I can use, and they block it for me, this is unfair ☹️

maybe use another computer? or a different phone using data for internet connection. I got blocked too and then after a day it came back.

For those who submitted their Case Inquiry: Did they reply right away? If so, how? Is it through email/text or they're going to call?

it works if enable private mode in safari, but it's still not fair, only the old site, the new site doesn’t  show, the answering machine on the phone - Enter correct number

That's the spirit. I hear you...this has been horrible. We got an RFE for K1 for something that was in the application, then it seemed our case took the longest possible at every single step of the way. He arrived a year after filing...it felt like it took forever. And now we have no info...no AP, no EAD, no interview for GC. Nothing. And his dad is very ill...he's trying to go back...trying to just get anyone on the phone to help him. Has info from doctor but no one will even respond from USCIS. It's all so, so frustrating.
