Mine took like 5 days to change and another week to arrive. Hang in there, you are already a permanent resident :)

I'm glad someone else waited a bit also, everyone I talked to said theirs changed the same day or the day after.

I'm just being antsy since I am waiting for the card so I can book my flight back home for my first visit (Hoping to leave begining of September so I can  take my exams back home in time)

Hello all. I’m out hiking with my husband and his family early this morning and won’t be back until night time, I just saw on my informed delivery that I have a mail from national Benefit centre USCIS. I’m curious what it is, so my question is where do they send interview letters from? Local office or NBC? Online status is still on Ready to be Scheduled. Thanks for your response

I haven’t received either but i know NBC profess the EAD/AP and the local office process the interview for AOS so fingers crossed it’s your EAD/AP?

Yaaay! It’s my interview notice I’m scheduled for Aug 27th. My status online is still ready to be scheduled for interview. I’m so thankful to God

I just got home and I found the letter inviting me for the interview, date is Aug 27. My status online didn’t change from ready to be scheduled

Yes, looks like a lot of local offices processing times got bumped.

I wonder if it’s to do with the ICE raids and priorities being moved.

I wish the longer waiting offices could send a message to NBC and prioritize our EAD/APs lol

I so agree with this!! It’s just so unfair that some people have already gotten their green cards and the rest of us have no clue when we can even expect the AP or EAD. VJ just pushed it back another few weeks for me. Every week is worse than the last. It’s just all so unfair.

Crazy you got yours so early? I saw pitburg times are like 11-25 months and you’ve got your interview in just a few months. I’m in Los Angeles and the time is 9-24 months so hopefully I get mine early too ugh esp with these ridiculous EAD wait times

My petition originally went to the Santa Ana office, but because them and all the surrounding offices are so backed up, some of them got transfered to the San bernandino office (thats what the IO told me). Even with that he was suprised mine got through that fast, since he said they are still working on December/January filers. Hopefully more march filers get lucky like i did

This process can be so surprising, there’s a May filer who got an interview notice already and uscis website for that office shows waiting time starting from 10.5 months.
