I WAAAANT MY EAD!!!!! DAMN IT USCIS DO SOMETHING!!!!!!

Okay, I'm done with the yelling for a while :D

It seems like EAD expedites are routinely granted to K-1 applicants at least. I would go that route.

Yeah, I'm adjusting from another visa, not K1.

My husband and I don't want to expedite because of a financial loss. We don't want it affect our AOS because othervise how can he support me benefictially if we have financial loss?!

How’s everyone doing today?

For those still waiting, keep the faith and I hope you get good news soon.

For those who have their card in hand, how’s the experience been like?

Because financial loss means losing money (e.g. wages you are not receiving because you are not working), it doesn't mean "being poor to the point of not being able to support someone" Besides, the longer you are not working, the less taxes you are paying to INS.

omg! right now i am 119 days waiting! i am over the frustrating situation, of feel like a little kid(yes i am literally ignoring myself), and of course these are the longest vacation i have had! and believe or not one income its just no right for almost a half of a year! or what if you still have to come back to your country for whatever reason or emergency with family, they should include that EAD with the K1 visa because we already pass a rigorous proccess!

byee sorry for the rant!
