I am little confused now. We did send -485+ ead applications in 28th marsh. Got notification letters 16th April. After that nothing, no biometric appointment or nothing. Shows that my case is in national benefits center, basically status is same, tho the fee has been checked. My local office is Cincinnati/ohio, based on where i live. Should i be worried and what to do?

You should've call already the USCIS and ask Tier2 to tell that you didn't have biometrics yet. It's been almost 3 months since your NOA

Call USCIS and ask for Tier2 when someone pick up the phone and tell them your situation.

Can anyone who’s expedited their EAD help me?

I called uscis to expedite under severe financial loss and I have a job offer.

Today I get a Letter saying my request to expedite i485 was denied !?? ( I didn’t ask for this to be expedited - only my ead , I just want my work card!!)

If I wanted to expedite i765 then I need supporting documents to the nation benefits center , no address , fax  number or didn’t tell me exactly what to send .

Id imagine an official letter from employer? Anything else ? Does anyone have an address or fax number please thanks so much

i did call today and was talking to lvl 2 officer. They have no idea why i haven't got appointment. He did now send inquiry about biometrics and told me to wait 14 days. I really dont know how to actually get some answers from uscis. There are at least 3 other couples filed same month and all of them have had biometric and some already sheluded to interview. Like said, i do undertstone the prosesing time for greencard but not this ead delay. I cant visit my family in Scandinavia nor do domestic flights. ( sorry this qq, just feeling that system doesnt work again)

really? well this was new info, since airline said i need have ether green card or ad. this is some good news then

Yes, you can fly within the USA. I flew just with my passport to California last month and I'm flying domestically to a wedding next month. At the airport they will want to see just your passport - the name in your passport has to match your name on the flight ticket!! Even if you may have changed your last name after marriage. Sometimes you may run into someone who will want you to show for your legal status here - so always carry your NOA for I485 and your certified copy of marriage certificate/license (that's what you're supposed to do anyway until you have GC). I personally carry a copy of NOA all the time but when flying I always bring the original as well just to be safe.

You need AP or GC just for flights outside the US because without them you wouldn't be able to get back.

@alun I am sorry too . I was honestly trying be not so impatient and give proses time. I started look this website and did notice that most people have had they biometrics. Well, now i wait for two weeks and then back to business. So happy that people here did answer , doesn't feel so bad anymore.

Let me tell you something. This will be a USCIS error. Same thing happened with my friend 2 months ago. Her NOA is January 4th and she didn't get a biometrics appointment until the middle of April. She called Tier2, she got a biometrics appointben to May 2nd. On May 3rd she got an update that said "New Card is Being Procedured" for the EAD. On June 26th she got a "Interview was scheduled" update. Her office is Los Angeles which has almost 11 months waiting time for an interview. So don't be surprise, if you'll get your EAD very soon! Good Luck!!

Have any march filers got their Advanced Parole yet? I’m hoping people are just forgetting to update their timelines because every time I look at my timeline’s estimate for AP it’s been pushed back. It’s gone from June 11th to September 9th!

There's not many updates on the tracker, but it looks like right now October, November, December, and January filers are getting their combo cards. Not sure if any Feb or March filers have gotten theirs without expediting.

04/15/19: Received date

05/15/19: Biometrics done

06/07/19: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

03/19/20: Interview cancelled due to Covid

09/04/2020: Interview date

10/22/2020: I-130 approval

10/30/2020: I-485 approval

Ya that’s kind of why I was asking because I haven’t seen too many updates on there.
