I just got notice on Casetracker that our interview was scheduled. Local office is San Bernardino. Will report back when notice comes in the mail

I’ve had some good news from here in NYC

 

Im closer to convincing my husband to let me adopt a puppy 🐶😍

 

Then USCIS can take as much time as they like with our paperwork lol!

Hey guys! I interviewed with a law firm whilst waiting for my green card and finally got my green card and just got a call I got the job! And guess what firm it is? An immigration firm! 😂😂😂😂, I’ll be using this website for lots of knowledge whilst I help people get visas. Woohoooo!

03/01/2019 - USCIS Chicago lockbox received case  for AOS/EAD/AP

03/21/2019 - NOA1 received hard copy via post (Notice date 03/14/2019)

We adopted a puppy a month after I got here and I don’t know what id do without the company! He owes you a puppy!

Haha he does! I also have to convince my mother in law as we live with her but I think I’m 99% there lol

28th February, 2023 : 48 month extension letter received

13th March: N400 updated to 'Interview was Scheduled'

Makes sense. Though if it is a good or bad will depend, as this will "slow down" fast field offices. There is also question about how quickly this will start having effect.

My field office is Santa Ana, CA (13,5 months). Our closest field offices are Los Angeles (11,5 months), San Bernardino (7 months), San Fernando Valley (16,5 months) and San Diego (8,5 months). I don't know when they are planning to start this, but it's also good and bad at the same time.

But it's better than nothing!
