It's insane! I don't know what to do. We did not plan for him to be unemployed that long and we're stuggling! I feel so defeated by this whole process!

I wish for those of us with long processing dates at our Field Offices they prioritized our EAD/AP cards! Wishful thinking lol!

Hello,

Yes you would need make copies for each separate forms that you submit, as all the forms go to different departments to be dealt with.

I think some of y'alls are putting WAY too much faith into VJ estimates. They go solely by the data people are putting in. Also, remember, once I-485 is approved, they tend to stop processing I-765/I-131 altogether. Recently there was a batch of of people getting their approvals from Nov 2018, this data is probably waht pushed VJ estimates out. I am not saying the process doesn't suck, but also do not think widly oscillating VJ estimates are cause for panic either. Hopefully summer time slowdown won't last too long.

Yeah thankfully I'm starting to get bored and wanna start getting my driving licence etc, let me know when you get your interview letter, we just moved from downtown to just outside it yesterday so I dunno if my letter will come to my new address or the apartment, but I'll know when to expect it in either place when you have yours😂

I got my Virginia driver's license with my 485 noa1 and my name on a cable bill. Have you tried getting it started. It cant hurt to try

So yet another depressing Sunday update on the AP!

Now into October! At this rate it’ll be Christmas! Please can anyone who has successfully navigated the expedite for severe financial loss route drop me a line please?

I had a job offer and call uscis talked to someone.  A week later I received an email asking for information. My wife sent all the information to uscis and our congressional rep. That was last week but that's the process.

Oh awesome! I rang up uscis today and spent 45 mins on the phone to then get a call back 4 hours later to try get the date and time and couldn't understand if the woman was saying 15th, 16th or 17th of July at 10am, I asked her to repeat it 5 times before I gave up😂 I'm gonna hound the office managers for the buildings I used to be in now to check for the letter😂 thanks for letting me know you got yours!
