Hello all,

My case said it's ready to be schedule for interview for our AOS on the USCIS website as of April 24th 2019. Still never received a letter yet about when our interview date is. Is this normal? anyone have any insight on what to expect next?

I thought it would be a year before we would get this update.

That the problem. For some folks it sits on "Ready to be scheduled" for a year or more.

Your interview is not scheduled yet, so don't expect the interview appointment letter in your mailbox yet. It's just an update that means your case doesn't require an RFE so far and it's in the LA office, probably in one IO-s basement. You can start to wait for the letter when you get the update like "Interview was scheduled".

Same here my case is ready to be schedule but my office chicago  is a least 10 months, so prob i will get a interview January 2020 or something after that date... anything before that is a Bonus.

With my EAD i was expecting september but with the current times i would guess even november could be here without EAD,  i imagine once in a while everybody dream about being one of those random quick cases!!! But in the meantime just "hanging in there" until my beautiful ppl of the NBC wants!

04/04/18  - Mailed I-129F

04/06/18 -  NOA1 notice date email/text

10/18/18 -  RFE notification

10/22/18 -  RFE received in mail

11/01/18 -  RFE sent to USCIS

11/06/18 -  RFE received by USCIS

11/14/18 -  NOA2

11/27/18 - NVC Received

12/12/18 - NVC Case number

01/8/19 - Scheduled interview-APPROVED

01/21/19 - POE!

Your absence has not taught me how to be alone; it has merely shown me that when together we cast a single shadow on the wall.

Ky-G team ❤️

When you walk awayI count the steps that you take
