Hey guys!!

I had my interview exactly one week ago and they didn’t approve me on spot but I just received a notification on my uscis app “ NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED” 💃🏾💃🏾👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎉🎉🎊🎊

I called this morning the USCIS and asked them why my case wasn't updated since both AP/EAD appeared like “Case was received” and my AOS like “Interview was scheduled”.  The lady on the phone told me that not always they update the case online and I don’t know if my call had something to do with the new update or if it’s just coincidence but I’m SO HAPPY right now because I was getting worried about my approval.

I hope you guys get your approvals soon!!! 😁🤞🏽👏🏽

Congratulations!!

If you go to https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home and click on “Get most recent I-94” you can find all the times you have entered the US either if it was by plane or land. I didn't include it but they ask you to bring it to the interview once you have it even though they didn't ask me for it.

Noted. Thank you

Hi Everyone

I'm working in advance for my future I-485 (from K1)

In section 7 of the instructions ("Evidence of Continuously Maintaining a Lawful Status Since Arrival in the United States") it states "...must submit evidence to show they have continuously maintained lawful immigration status while in the United States..."

From the list, I will present:

  • B. Form I-94
  • E. Passport page with an admission or parole stamp

But it also says:
"Include evidence for every time you entered the United States and for the time periods spent in the United States."

Question:
I traveled several times to the US, here the ask would be to take a copy of my passport pages with each stamp I got from each trip, right?

Did anyone include info about previous trips?

Thanks in advance

Fernando

I wasn't sure if it was necessary and with my "better safe than sorry mindset" I included copies of my passport pages with all stamps/visas, I94 reflecting those and also copy of my esta and previous visa documents. All of those were easily accessible to me so I figured why not do it

Makes sense.

Ok, will follow that.

Thanks for your response

Congratulations on the next step. I will advise you do a mail forwarding to you new address with USPS. It is possible they may send it to your current address instead of the new one.

Thank you so much!! Hopefully you get news soon. My case went from “Interview was scheduled” to “ New card is being produced” and it’s like that in My uscis app and the case.egov website in myuscis website is still interview was scheduled... so don’t worry I’m pretty sure you will hear something soon. 😁

Hello all,

My case said it's ready to be schedule for interview for our AOS on the USCIS website as of April 24th 2019. Still never received a letter yet about when our interview date is. Is this normal? anyone have any insight on what to expect next?

I thought it would be a year before we would get this update.

Just to update you, I called USCIS today as I am trying to request an emergency AP.  Whilst on the phone I asked about current EAD processing times and she said it is currently at around 8 months! I am an MSC receipt number.

Pretty sure they just give you standard answer from https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ I am guessing due to summer slow down they bumped all of their processing times higher.
