For my wife's Vietnamese documents, she paid a government employee in Lam Dong to translate her birth certificate and divorce decree (about $20USD each) when she requested these documents for her visa.  They supplied a notarized translation with the original Vietnamese documents and included a statement saying that they were a qualified translator along with their contact information.  You can also pay a translation service or someone else willing to attest to the accuracy of their translation.  You should be fine as long as there is a signed and notarized statement with contact information.

I have attached the statement that accompanied my wife's documents. - Jason
