I am currently filing an application for my fiancée in the Philippines. On the application form,  Page 13, Part 4. Biographic Information, Do they want the petitioner's info (race, ethnicity, etc) or the beneficiary's?? Its a little confusing.

Thank you in advance,

Eric

There is no page 13 part 4.  What edition are you filling out?  There is a page 9 part 4.  This is about the beneficiary

YMMV

Are you sure you are filling out the I-129f?  Page 13 is for additional information that wouldn't fit in the actual question.  Page 9 part 4 is about the petitioner, according to the instructions.
