k1 visa passport issuance

Hi guys so i had my k1 visa interview on the 20th of february and i got approved! i've been checking my case status online to see if my passport is issued or not, it still says READY but the date keeps on changing. it was last updated yesterday! is it normal ?

Yes, it can take a few days to from ready to AP, and it happens often that the status keeps changing from ready to AP a few times. The fact that the dates changed just means it's touched.

so how many days do they take to return passport ? 2 weeks ?

Tina?! Hey its Mohamad, we met at the embassy on the 20th.. I was also applying for a K1 Visa. Remember?

I was approved and told to leave my passport with them. The counselor told me it will take like 7 days to get the Visa and the passport back but ever since its been updated twice, last on the 25th and the status is still ready.

Hey guys, can you update us on how it went with you? How long did you wait to receive your passports? did the status change eventually or was stuck on "ready for interview" for a while. 

It's been 5 weeks and my status is still ready for interview after approval. Please share your experience to know if it's something recurrent in the Embassy in Beirut.
