so i was wondering how am i able to get an entry into the states without family or spouse sponsoring me or if i dont have any job offers? i dont have any family in the states to sponsor me and ive applied for jobs but no reply so far. What are my other options?

Basically, there are no options.

Guess why millions of people who "love" US are unable to move there.

If your country qualify for visa lottery you can try that.

You don't sound like a person who can afford an investment visa either. Otherwise you probably wouldn't be asking here. You dont sound like you have skills that US employers would seek either since no one wants to hire you.

Harsh reality is that no everyone can move to the US.

Not entirely true.  I work with a lot of Canadians that come across the border regularly, most are TN1s, but some are H1Bs, and several have decided to pursue the GC option and move to the US permanently.  As to the OP, I think they can only keep doing what they are doing, find a company that is willing to employ them, but it may take many years.  It might also be advisable for the OP to move close to the border especially if they have a degree a technical or medical degree.  Windsor is always a nice alternative.

ive considered the lottery but im abit late on it. im from canada

Canadians are usually ineligible for the Diversity Visa lottery; https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Diversity-Visa/DV-Instructions-Translations/DV-2020-Instructions-Translations/DV-2020-Instructions-English.pdf:

Quote

For DV-2020, natives of the following countries are not eligible to apply, because more than 50,000 natives of these countries immigrated to the United States in the previous five years:

  • Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China (mainland-born), Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, South Korea, United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent territories, and Vietnam.
  • Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan are eligible.

There were no changes in eligibility this year from the previous fiscal year.

Do you still have a girlfriend in Alabama?

I was wondering if there was more to the “I want a new life” comment he made earlier bc there’s many ways to start a new life in Canada.  Move to another city or province, but looks like he’s avoiding the high cost of divorce to come to the US and remarry.

My gf is not wanting to marry at the moment, plans changed so i left that part out and thats why im trying to figure out a way to get there on my own if i can. Thats why sponsorship through her is out of the question and im looking for a job but no job offers.  It has nothing to do with avoiding the cost of divorce.. its already being processed just waiting for the paperwork to finish with lawyer. And since ive been to the states i love the living style there and how everything is thats why i want to move there either way.

i was warned that its very hard to find an employer that will sponsor me. dam that is insane, definitely will be hard for me to go against that and knowing my luck i doubt id win.

I dont know any US companies thats operating in canada. i was told to try studying but i dont have the money to start.

I agree with Goldenkoi91.  You can probably get a student visa & start that way.  Our education is considered on a higher level than most countries.  There are many of us who have degrees & some with masters & still looking for a job.  People from all over the world want to come here just to live & get away from their own country.  The legal system doesn't allow people to just come here with no purpose.  You need to be sponsored by someone or employer, unless you come claiming asylum.  I wish you the best in what you are trying to accomplish.

"Transfer" would still meet with the same issues of sponsorship/visa as for a US company not in Canada.

Well, not entirely true. There's an L1 visa for intra-company transferee. But again, I suspect those are also hard to come by and fierce competition every time there is a spot open.

Hi, apply to study English at an English school. They’re not that expensive and you can stay for a long time. Or look into some other type of educational pursuit. It doesn’t have to be a university. I don’t know how long you can stay on one of these visas but you can get a bank account, apartment, etc and see where it goes from there. Maybe you’ll want to stay or maybe not but you should live here (USA) first.

He's Canadian. English should be his first language....  I guess unless he's from Quebec, but still, people speak English there too.
