Our 212 and 601 were updated in the system on Friday and Saturday. I called USCIS today and they told me because I was the petitioner she couldn’t give me any information. I asked if she could tell me if the case was updated or if there was a glitch in the system and she said yes and to wait for the letter. We asked for expedite on 1/11 submitted our evidence 1/15 on 1/29 they sent a letter saying they have received our expedite and if we don’t hear from them in 15 business days consider it denied. Has anyone had this experience? I don’t know what to think and with all the snow storms in our state I don’t know when I will get the letter and my husband and attorney want to wait for the letter....I hope it’s not a denial or RFE.....TIA 🙏

You can call and speak with a tier 2 officer, have the applicant on a three way call and they'll give the info needed.

When you ask to speak with tier 2, you'll go in a waiting queue and the system will call you back when an officer is available.   You can then ask if you can 3 way call the applicant.

I've done it countless times when I expedited my I-601.
