Cannot login to NVC website using Case Number and Invoice ID Number

Hello People,

 

i got the email from NVC with the case Id and the invoice number. But when I try to logon i get an error that the case and invoice id number do not match. Please call NVC or try again.

 

i have tried calling NVC multiple times, each time getting different answers and no solution or timelines. Does anyone else have same problem who recently got email from NVC?

Yeah it’s lots of forums going on in VJ about this, got mines yesterday and can’t login either. Most people who just got there case numbers can’t login.😢

I cannot login. Tells me my case number and invoice do not match. That's a lie. I cannot call NVC because it hangs up on me. sad.

Thanks. I am thinking to file complain against NVC at inspector general office.
