That's fun watching them, isn't it. Funny how such a simple thing can be so entertaining. We used to get deer, foxes, and raccoons in our yard all of the time, but I'm afraid new home construction over the years has caused them to go into hiding. But I know they are still there, because I hear them in the night and they eat any dog food I accidentally leave outside (they will tear open the bags).
