Biological child included on initial I-129f -- counts as previous "petition"?

Hi VJ community,

My husband immigrated to the US in 2012 on a fiance visa. I included his biological son on the initial I-129f. My husband was naturalized as a USC in 2017 and we are now ready to submit an I-130 for his son to come live with us (the son is still under 21). My husband is the petitioner as a USC. I have been trying to find an answer to a fairly simple question:

One of the items on the I-130 is "Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?" -- should we answer "yes" since the son was included on my husband's initial's I-129f?

Thanks in advance for your guidance. This community is amazing.
