Do we need to submit i864A form?

Hi there. I am petitioner and filing for my husband. The i130 form is approved and we are currently filling up the forms and collecting documents required by NVC to upload online. My father claims me as a dependent on his tax return and in my tax transcript, I am shown as a dependent of my father. I am getting affidavit of support from my uncle. I am aware that me and my uncle both have to fill i864 forms. My question is, should we submit i864A form from my father as well? Your kind help will be appreciated.
