I reached out to my congressman, he is very helpful. I hope to hear something by early next week🙏🏽. I received my case number on Thursday 2/21 and have been unable to do so. This is what it said after I sent his office a message. His office helped me before. Please everyone reach out to your congressman or woman. We have to stick together. It happened around the same time in 2015, so they should know how to fix it.
