Glad to hear you were able to log in.

According to what KJ2 was informed by NVC as quoted below:

 ï»¿

"... they said that it was unlikely that anyone could log in, but idk.  They are 'aware of the problem and trying to fix it'."

"A friend of mine just got through to NVC and they said the problem lies with the new cases not being recognized by the system, hence the error we keep receiving."

As you couId log into the CEAC, I guess yours might not be considered "a new case" by the system, even though you received NVC notice after Feb. 20.

On Feb. 21, I and a friend of mine received NVC email providing an Invoice Identification Number (IIN) which has 5 letters and 11 numbers. The IIN looks like this: IVSCA000003XXXXX. With these IIN and case numbers we tried to log in but have repeatedly failed.

May I ask if your IIN looks the same, meaning the number part also starts with "3"? The IIN of my friend's niece is IVSCA000001XXXXX and she could get thru, however she received her IIN in Jan.

Thank you.

Is the IIN you received on Feb. 27 larger than the one on Feb. 22? I mean is that assigned later than the Feb. 22 one?

I and my husband are having the same problem!

Recently  (02/21 and 02/22) we  received by email Case Numbers and Invoices for each applications.  Each time we try to log in the CEAC website as indicated in the instructions, an error message appears after inputting the Invoice ID Numbers, stating "The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance. "

This happens for both applications, no matter if we try to enter as Petitioner or as Applicant. We also tried using different browsers or devices to log in, but the same issue occurs.
My son (the Petitioner) wrote an email to NVCInquiry address but no answer up to now.
Let me know if something comes up to solve the issue!
