My case was expedited. Try to send an expedite request. They are usually granted.

I've been trying to log into CEAC, and I'm not sure I am using the correct numbers.

For the Case number, I'm using the one that starts with MEX202*********** , which is what the NVC gave me when I called (they never sent me anything).

And for the invoice number, I'm using the Receipt number on my NOA2, which is WAC209***********

Are those the correct numbers to use to log into CEAC?

Thanks for the help.

Hello to everyone! I have this message during last month when I try to log in to my account on CEAC: The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance.

I live in Ukraine and I've been waiting for an interview for last year (all required documents and payments were made and attached). I wrote a letter to the NWC about a month ago with this question, but still no answer. Does anyone know what's going on and should I be concerned about this? Thank you.
