I have the same issue got the email on 04/19/19 but since then not

able to log the n any help.

This thread was started back when I had this issue actually in Feb.  It seems to happen quite frequently.  We waited about 2.5-3 weeks for the problem to be fixed.  CalL NVC and report the issue to a supervisor.  The problem basically lies in Washington, DC with CEAC who has not updated their database to include your new case number/ invoice number.  Hang in there.

Hello i got NVC welcome email on april 19 but from that time we are unable to log in the site.ut says case number doesnt matches with invoice id number. then i called to nvc center several times but uts disconnected.so any suggestions for me what should be done?

Our issue started in February. It took 2 weeks for some to be resolved others had to wait for 6 weeks. You can call them but calling them wouldn’t really help because they will tell you the same thing over and over. Just wait for a week or 2 it will be resolved

As previously stated, I got my NVC e-mail with Invoice # on 4/22/19 and was having issues with login.  Today (4/24/19....about 55 hours after receiving e-mail), I've been able to login and already paid my fee.  I did call NVC for the 2nd time this morning after initial 48 hours window elapsed and I was told the same thing again that NVC issues Invoice # but CEAC is a different system so sometimes that system is not updated with the invoice # issued and could take a week or two for it to recognize invoice #s issued by NVC.  Representative from this morning said the same thing as previous representative that she will report to her supervisor that my case is having login issues but she told me that we regularly hear this complain and I would suggest that try again in couple days or so and it will probably work then.  I got lucky and it worked within few hours after that so hang in there those who just got an invoice number.  I got another invoice # on my sister's case too this morning and I'm having the same issue on that case; hopefully will be able to login on that on in couple days too.  Good luck everyone!

Daughter in law received a letter and case number on May 23rd.  The 1-130 was filed at the Haitian Embassy.  We have been trying for coming up on 3 months with no success, e-mails are ignored or we are told to enter the date in the correct order.  Very frustrating...
