Update: I got interview email letter today just 6 days after Case complete:

CC: 3/13/19

Interview letter: 3/19/19

Interview day: 4/25/2019

USEM: Accra, GH

Thanks. Not following your question well. Do you mean how many days after CC to get interview appointment? or how many days is the interview day from when your get your interview appointment?

Either ways in both cases in varies from person to person, case to case, embassy to embassy. There's is no clear way of knowing.

Thanks for your response. Consider this scenario, your case is completed and you're notified that you're scheduled for interview, how many days do they give you to prepare for it, because I believe you need to be able to do your medicals as well.

How much time does NvC take to review updated documents. I got some rejected ( passport was upside down etc) and i reuploaded ASAP i got email from them. How much time will nvc take to reply back? Thanks

I uploaded all my documents on 3/5/19. On 3/8/19 they responded saying everything was accepted except my birth certificate was upside down. I fixed it and they replied back 3/15/19 with case complete. So it took 7 days for me.
