I personally will submit all civic documents at the same time. Others might have a different opinion.

you can upload the civil documents before police report but it will not let you click on submit button until all those documents including police report is uploaded

When I called them in January, they told me it was 6 weeks but it took about 5. Have you tried to call them? If not call them.

Last time i called they said it will take 8 weeks. It took 8 weeks on my case.
