Can not log in to CEAC website, message "The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance."

Did they say there was a solution? or any way to resolve it? if the money has been debited, someone should be able to just change it to paid? or no..

They tried but the agent ended up sending it to a supervisor for further assistance.😂😂😒😒😒. I think they are here to just stress us out.

So I just called the CEAC number knowing in advance that they wouldn't help me since I'm not an NVC employee, but he did tell me that there have been 0 tickets created for CEAC today and that payment issues have not been reported to them (CEAC help desk) at all.  I don't know why there is such a disconnect between NVC and CEAC.  NVC tells me CEAC handles payments, but then CEAC tells me that NVC handles payments. I'm super confused

This s**t is very upsetting. With all the money you've been charging they should be able to fix their systems to make them more robust. I've called them today, and the rep I spoke to doesn't even think it's a problem. I kept telling her I think it's a technical problem but she wouldn't even listen. She kept telling me i should keep checking for 7 days. What the hell🤬.

I paid my fee on 03/04. Still in process. Can someone tell me if their fee status was changed to Paid? 

 

These nvc people should go back to plain old snail mail method .

Money has been taken out from my bank account since 03/04/2019 but still showing process... ####### is going on

I'm now able to start the process. Called 3 times. The first time they said it's already cleared. I hanged up and checked, upon checking nothing, then I called again and then the person answering said: "Who says its cleared? Its not" But after all it looks its cleared. 

 

I can't do anything with it anyway, I just hope this site does still work over the weekend.

Mine says paid too! I think from here on out we deal with NVC because they review our docs, but obviously if CEAC goes down or something, we'll be affected.  I hope to get out of CEAC ASAP because i hate it haha

It says Paid in CEAC? or your bank account?
