KJ2,

what I meant by calling them to speed up the process is...

after each time you submit a task like submit a fee or submit the ds form, i would call them and tell them can you process it on your end because I have already been delayed by the log in issue. I have not personally called them today, but i will tomorrow. I read on other topics on visajourney that the more you call them tells them you had enough of waiting and someone may process it for you on the spot..there was a user on here who said his payments were stuck on processed for weeks and he called them and they went ahead and accepted it while on the phone for him..all because a simple phone call.

they already delayed us, so they we have every right to speed things up by calling them on the phone. sometimes you will get a representative who will do what you requested..it is all about the person you end up talking to. some are helpful and some are not. keep calling and get someone else if it doesn't help.

Im gonna try it!!

What did the expedite approval say? You are being sent directly to the US Embassy without submitting anything to NVC?

What did you say and if it gets denied do you know if that affects the normal processing?

My spouse called nvc yesterday but they were not helping so she called kyiv consulate and a nice lady gave her an email which she simply emailed them and explained that I have been on my own with our 2 USC kids for over a year and that my daughter's passport will be expiring soon that was it.As of now my case shows that my file is at the consulate, crazy how things moved so fast.Right now i am waiting for my payments to process bfr proceeding,I paid it without knowing that nvc would approve our expedite request.

I just sent my expedite request to the NVC..their email is: NVCExpedite@state.gov

Hopefully i can hear back from them soon..

I heard if they approve it they will send your case straight to the embassy..they will send you instructions by email..

Explain everything and note what date your case arrived to the NVC and explain the delay is on the NVC side. The better you note everything the better they will approve it.

I noted for them the days each step was delayed.

also include: your name, beneficiary name, date of birth, case numbers, invoice number, uscis receipt number.

example of what i sent to them

NVC received my case from uscis on XXXX (put the date)

NVC put my case in admin processing on XXX (put the date) only put this if your case was in administrative processing when it arrived to the NVC

Total time wasted: XXX (put the exact number of days/months that was wasted)

NVC case number created and sent my case number on XXX (put the date)

NVC CEAC log in issue occurred after my case number was sent

Total time wasted due to the ceac log in issue: XXX (put the numbers of days)

Total time wasted since case has been received at the NVC and until now (put the total number of days/exact months as well)

I just woke up from a dream and the dream turned up to be a reality. I'm also able to login now and it feels like being in paradise. 😂. Now we all have one obstacle removed from our journey; it's all forward progress from now onward🙏. Thanks to everyone who bombarded NVC with numerous calls to make them aware of this lingering problem and making your voices be heard. We fought this together as a community and it feels like we've won a battle. Don't stop fighting to be with your loved ones. Special thanks to Rasha167Candy55KJ2SM&RM for being my partners in crime on this issue; you guys rock.

I'm sending this message even before paying my fees so that should let y'all know how I appreciate you.😂.

Yw. I could also login as of Monday night. Thank you Lord for answering our prays. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤗🤗🤗🤗 We stuck together and we all got it done...Lol United we stand and divided we fall.

I have an expedite, but I still have to upload all civil documents. I will pay my AOS fee at the Embassy and submit all financial documents to the Embassy as well. My case was sent directly to the Embassy and I have an interview scheduled for this Friday March 8th.

Hello. I will pay my AOS fee at the Embassy. I do not make payments online because of my expedite. Your payment should process in 2-3 days. I would start scanning all documents and saving them, because that process takes awhile.  Please see attached for vaccine info. It is flu season, so the flu vaccine is required now.
