You need to keep calling the second you hear the message until the line opens up. I usually call 10-18 times in a row until I can get through.

@Almondmilk call around 2 pm EST. I always get through at that time within 45 or under minutes.

Once you get through be willing to wait for 30+ minutes.

Yay calling them constantly worked!  Found my uncle's interview is finally scheduled and it's before my cousin ages out of the file!  Thank you!!

Hopefully I’d be able to log in. Got mine on 22/02 too still no hope 🤧but since most yall  have been able to do it im sure i will too soon 😊

i will keep on trying

Stay positive and keep trying; I think CEAC and NVC are now syncing up for cases issued from Feb 20 to Feb 25. Why they weren't synced in the first place, nobody knows.

I was finally able to log in a few minutes ago and pay the fees, but couldn’t choose an agent. Got my case number on 2/25. Did anybody get to choose the agent yet?

Thanks!

It seems like agent is skipped now and it is automatically the petitioner

You will pay using bank account and routing number pay each fees separately that is $325 and $120 separately it is easy just read the instructions and follow them.

Glad everyone can log in,

here are some tips for people who can't log in: Call them everyday don't stop calling them. Their job is to help you. So bug the ####### out of them..

here are some tips for people who can log in (like me): Call them a day after you submit your fees or forms tell them if they can go ahead and speed the processing because you already had to wait almost 3 weeks for them to fix the log in issue..i will be bugging them for sure to speed up the process after i submit any form!

what did they say over the phone about that? I was also waiting for my log in to work until yesterday. will they speed up if asked or do you have to ask for a formal expedite?

KJ2,

what I meant by calling them to speed up the process is...

after each time you submit a task like submit a fee or submit the ds form, i would call them and tell them can you process it on your end because I have already been delayed by the log in issue. I have not personally called them today, but i will tomorrow. I read on other topics on visajourney that the more you call them tells them you had enough of waiting and someone may process it for you on the spot..there was a user on here who said his payments were stuck on processed for weeks and he called them and they went ahead and accepted it while on the phone for him..all because a simple phone call.

they already delayed us, so they we have every right to speed things up by calling them on the phone. sometimes you will get a representative who will do what you requested..it is all about the person you end up talking to. some are helpful and some are not. keep calling and get someone else if it doesn't help.
