Hmm, I'm sure you've called them many times. Did they transmit your case# and invoice# to a supervisor to be added to a list of those having CEAC login issues?

Yes we did get transferred to a supervisor we will call again this morning.

You need to keep calling the second you hear the message until the line opens up. I usually call 10-18 times in a row until I can get through.

Once you get through be willing to wait for 30+ minutes.

@Almondmilk call around 2 pm EST. I always get through at that time within 45 or under minutes.

I was finally able to log in a few minutes ago and pay the fees, but couldn’t choose an agent. Got my case number on 2/25. Did anybody get to choose the agent yet?

With CEAC, choosing an agent is not required. The best you can do is add an agent email under the email link if you want another person to receive notifications from NVC/CEAC.
