Hi everyone 🙋‍♀️

I really need you guys help 🙇‍♀️

I am going to pay I-130 filling fee with G-1450 credit card payment and I have a question.

Is Beneficiary's credit card acceptable for this payment ??

I read USCIS's instruction again and again but they didn't mention about credit card holder.

My husband is still in Ph.D so I want to pay the fee instead of my husband.

Please give me advice & tell your experience who paid filling fee with G-1450.

The funds have to be issued from a US bank or paid with a US credit card. If you have a card based on a US bank then it would be possible, otherwise no you will need to find another way.

Thank you so much for your advice.

I'll search whether I can use check or international money order.
