How soon can I make a visa payment K1 mumbai

Hi all,

 

I have my NVC case number, invoice number, and my fiance just signed the DS-160 last night so we have the confirmation page. I also created a us travel docs login and printed the Payment receipt page. I will ask my fiance to go to an Axis bank to submit the funds. Our case is still at NVC, and according to others the next shipment will be 3/5. Is it okay to go ahead and make the payment now? Or do I have to wait until the case status is ready?

It’s totally upto you. You could make the payment now  & do the rest once the case reach embassy or wait. It doesn’t hurt either way. It sometimes takes 24 hrs for the payment to get updated but other than that no worries
