Interview Date : March 3rd, 2016

 

Interview Result : Approved!

 

Visa Received : March 14th, 2016

 

US Entry : March 16th, 2016

 

Marriage : May 25th, 2016

 

Daughter born: May 13th, 2016

 

Now on I-130. A new adventure begins..

Just to clear up some confusion my husband and I lived in the US for about a year then moved to Sweden to see family but over stayed by 3 months so then his green card became expired. We now have to go through the immigration process again. :( 

I-129F Sent : 09-28-2015 via USPS Priority Mail to PO Box in Dallas, TX

I-129F NOA2 : 11-04-2015

 

NVC Received : 11-17-2015

 

Packet 3 Received : 12-04-2015

 

Interview Date : March 3rd, 2016

 

Interview Result : Approved!

 

Visa Received : March 14th, 2016

 

US Entry : March 16th, 2016

 

Marriage : May 25th, 2016

 

Daughter born: May 13th, 2016

 

Now on I-130. A new adventure begins..

Oh. Wow. I couldn’t imagine going through the fun all over again. Good luck to you. It sounds like you have everything they need you just have to submit it. 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
