Actually, he's thinking of coming on Sunday. Last minute farewell party in Irbid today and it's about 3 hours drive back to Amman, so I don't think he'll make the 10a flight on Saturday - so instead he's coming Sunday. Thank God he has an open ticket.

So Jacque - it's about 49 hours!!!!

Doodle, I am going to cook something now that I have an extra day to prepare. I'm going to do some baking too.

Tomorrow I have a ton of wedding errands to run with my mom and then complete a paper for class (better to get it done before he arrives sunday.

House is thoroughly clean as of 1p today.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes..... I won't be able to sleep until his dad calls me and tells me he made the plane ok and there was a seat available for him, since he's flying with an open ticket his seat isn't reserved until check-in, if the flight isn't overbooked. So I'll be up until about 2am when I should be getting the call.

No news is good news - so if I'm not on for a day or so Godwilling, see yall on in a couple days.

Thank you again for the support in getting this far, but I'm not going anywhere

Hi everyone! He's home and sound asleep right now.

Yesterday was a trip! I wanted 2 1/2 years ( I mean hours but it felt like years) for him to get through all the Customs/Immigration desks. The coolest thing, he got the work stamp for 6 months, which I've never heard of - maybe it's changed and they give more time now I don't know, but he's really happy. Depending on how soon we file AOS he may be able to work straight through.

So he's here in one piece, thank God, and it's sweeter than I imagined.
